Security Concierge Guard Service

Arguably Boston’s leader in providing concierge guard services to a number of premium buildings in Greater Boston, our company has developed a unique approach in responding to the requests of owner/residents.

It is absolutely essential that Minuteman Security clients be aware of our approach, as client input into providing some of the information is critical to Minuteman’s success in delivering the information on a correct and timely basis.

In buildings where we provide concierge services, Minuteman guards are available to all guests by phone and on a special request beeper (e.g. residents requiring medical assistance), and will be prepared to provide information on the following:

• Local business establishments that have pick up and delivery services; dry-cleaning, restaurants, shoe repair, tailoring (repair work), etc.;
• Residents cleaning services;
• Taxi and limousine services;
• Hair salons and barber shops;
• Medical services (on call doctor and nursing organizations);
• Secretarial services;
• 24 hour pharmacies and convenience stores;
• Messenger & delivery services (FedEx, Airborne, UPS);
• Baby-sitting services;
• Theater tickets and other special event tickets;
• Supermarket shopping services.

Due to liability issues, Minuteman guards will provide the information, but it is incumbent upon the resident to make his or her own arrangements, and to negotiate fees for the services. Minuteman guard’s, however will track the success rate of the above establishments and can provide that information to the residents upon their request.

It is enormously helpful if your client provides – and we can provide representative questionnaires if requested – information informing Minuteman the type of services that they are likely to require, the vendors with whom they are accustomed to working, and any special requests that they may have with which they would like our guards to be familiar.

Minuteman Security is prepared to offer a special, customized service to meet all client and resident needs; with assurance that our management, training, and control system delivers the information required on a responsive and timely basis. There is no substitute for close coordination between client and Minuteman for this system to work effectively and smoothly on a continuously exceptional basis.
